As a Customer Service Representative with Justin Goodman Agency, your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you an ideal fit. In this role, you will enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
